Do you work outside major cities?

Yes. Some services can be delivered remotely. For onsite work, we travel throughout Australia—travel costs are discussed upfront.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

Do you sell hardware?

No. We're device-agnostic and don't profit from hardware sales. Our recommendations are based purely on what works best for your situation.

How long does a typical project take?

Depends on the service. Consultations are a few hours. Full smart home integration might be 1-2 days onsite plus remote refinement.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, but our goal is to make you self-sufficient. We offer support packages for complex systems, but most clients only need occasional check-ins.

Our office is in Melbourne's CBD, but we work with clients across Australia. Remote consultations via video are available for anywhere in the country.
